Heidi Weiker MSSA
A master’s prepared expert in holistic coaching and well-being workshop design,
delivery and instruction, Heidi has 25 years of combined mental health and
business experience. She is a trained and certified NIA Instructor and the co-author of an inspirational book entitled just Be. Currently, she is also building a cutting-edge volunteer initiative for at-risk youth, me4real project, as well as writing several other books.
Heidi’s approach and methods are rooted in connecting people to purpose,
purpose to passion and passion to practice. She is a visionary in the
understanding, application and instruction of capturing the combined power of
our minds, hearts, bodies, and spirits; thriving through adversity, pain and
uncertainty; growing resilience-based life skills and coping strategies;
connecting to self and to others; and cultivating positive-mindedness in our
brains, bodies and behavior.
Heidi’s expertise and insight comes out of her extensive research and education, and her depth and breadth of experience with distinctly diverse human beings – ranging from global leadership teams to inner city
gangs. Notably, she’s served as a direct Coach to numerous CEOs and their Executive Management Teams from various international corporations and firms. She has gained national recognition for designing and teaching strategies and programs for relationship building, positive-minded cultures, connected leadership, high touch communications, and employee purpose and engagement.
Naturally dynamic, intuitive and creative, Heidi has an innate ability to create meaningful, insightful, hands-on, and fun personal and group growth experiences. Whether leading highly-charged interactions in an executive boardroom, motivating adults and youth in customized coaching programs, or teaching innovative well-being workshops – she facilitates candid, intellectual, enlightening, and real-world dialogue and action. Heidi is honored to serve others and it shows in her unyielding determination to make an impact on every human being whose path she crosses. Heidi’s clients tell us that her passion for reaching others is relentless, and that she genuinely respects individual thoughts and feelings while challenging unhealthy habits and patterns, and inviting new and better concepts, ideas and approaches.
Heidi received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Miami University and her Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University. Outside of Spherica, she is devoted to her faith, family and
friends, pets, and her own holistic development. She loves reading and writing, music and the fine arts; and she enjoys photography, travel, movement and dance fitness (NIA), and spending time in nature.
