Relaxation Massage
Relieves tension and soothes nerves through total body relaxation. This treatment incorporates long, sweeping movements to soothe every muscle from head to toe. Full body relaxation massage focuses on reducing stress, increasing circulation and helping you relax.

Therapeutic Messages
Therapeutic massage is a technique that will ensure the proper vascular and neurological flows are returned to the affected regions. It is also a means of assessment, as the therapist treats the affected region, and then educates the client. By performing this art, the individual structure will be tended to and causes relaxation and reduction of spasm to the fiber takes place. This reduction in spasm allows the specific region to function under a " normal" pattern and reduces the pain cycle.

Chair Massage
Studies by the Touch Research Institute in Florida document that the results of chair massage are obtained quickly and measurably. Chair massage utilizes acupressure and Swedish Massage to relieve tension. Chair Massage can be performed in our office or in the workplace. It is a great "stress-buster", relieving tension in the neck, back and shoulder muscles while reducing irritability and improving productivity.
