Building upon her career as the primary therapist for Cleveland Clinic’s multi-disciplinary spine team and the developer of Stability Ball Theory and Exercise, Tanya founded a training and coaching firm, Spherica LLC, over a decade ago that she still runs today with her sister, Heidi. Together, they design and deliver innovative and relevant workshops for youth, adults and trauma survivors. Tanya also consults for various Fortune 500 companies and large hospital systems, where she is an acclaimed educator on the physiology of both the stress reaction and the relaxation response, as well as body mechanics and movement in relationship to personal and occupational safety. She is a Black Level Advanced Thera-Band Instructor for Performance Health, where she co-designs product specs, videos, instructions, and photo shoots. And, she is a nationally acknowledged presenter amongst her peers, as wells as Physicians.
Her leisure time is filled with reading, music and dance, fitness, traveling, and volunteering with inner city youth. She loves to write and is working on two more books in a series that begins with the published book, just Be. Tanya is grateful for her steadfast faith, her loving family and friends, her dog (aka: furry kid) Kincaide and her own personal healing journey.
